Alessandro Contaldo holds the position of Chief Technology Officer (CTO) At Yeastime S.R.L. As CTO, he is primarily responsible for defining the company’s technology strategy and leading development and design activities. His experience and technical expertise are critical to ensuring the innovation, efficiency, and success of the company’s proposed technology solutions.

Programming and Development: possesses excellent knowledge of C++ and C programming languages, as well as being proficient in the use of Python. These skills enable him to lead the development of complex software and advanced technology solutions.

Embedded Systems and IoT: With his experience with embedded systems such as Arduino, Raspberry Pi, LPC-845(NXP), ESP and STM32, he is able to design and develop smart devices and innovative IoT solutions.

Electronic Design: With a mastery of design programs such as LTSpice, EASYEDA and Kicad, he can develop electrical schematics and printed circuit boards (PCBs) for our technology solutions.

Project Management: has experience managing technology projects, using methodologies such as Jira, Trello, and GitLab to ensure efficiency and coordination of development activities.

Automation and Sensing: Through his internship on the implementation of an automated greenhouse and his experience with sensors of various kinds, he is able to develop advanced technology solutions for process automation and data collection.

Knowledge of 3D Design Programs: His expertise in using Prusa and Cura slicers is useful for designing and 3D printing the technology components needed for Yeastime products.
